I really like this product, where I chose the large version, to get maximal coverage of the area with pain (typically head). I have only tested it with cold water, but that works really well and there is decent space to put normal sized ice cubes into the bag, if you need it extra cold and/or stay cold longer.
The bag feels like really good quality (strong/durable) and the screw lid is made from plastic.
