Soft ice packs are ideal for bruises, muscle pain and sprain or headaches. Cold therapy helps relieve pain.Hot compress therapy works on promote blood circulation as to reduce ache. Superior Leak-resistant large lid allows you to easily fill the ice cube or crushed ice inside.

Features:

How to use for cold therapy:

1. Turn the cap counter-clockwise.

2. Fill the ice bag two-thirds full with either cold tap water, ice water, crushed ice, or ice cubes.

3. Turn the cap clockwise until it is secured.

4. Turn ice bag upside down and firmly press on the bottom to test for leakage.

5. Apply to desired area.

6. Condensation may form on the outside of the bag. Wrap the ice bag in a soft towel to protect the skin and to avoid condensation accumulation.

7. Apply ice bag for 20 to 30 minutes (maximum) at a time. Continue to reapply after injury. Wait one hour between applications.

How to use for hot therapy:

1. Turn the cap counter-clockwise.

2. Pour in two-thirds warm water (do not exceed 60/140);

3. Turn the cap clockwise until it is secured.

4. Turn ice bag upside down and firmly press on the bottom to test for leakage.

5. Apply to desired area for 15-20 minutes with a soft towel.

    I really like this product, where I chose the large version, to get maximal coverage of the area with pain (typically head). I have only tested it with cold water, but that works really well and there is decent space to put normal sized ice cubes into the bag, if you need it extra cold and/or stay cold longer.

    The bag feels like really good quality (strong/durable) and the screw lid is made from plastic.

    Хорошие мешки для льда. Кроме льда я доливаю немного охлажденной воды. Но не замораживайте этот мешок в морозильнике, так как внутри тонкий слой резины и он быстро повредится. Только кубики льда + охлажденная вода.
