I wasn't really sure about this product but since I've been doing it it's been working for my needs. As I'm going through my weight loss journey making sure my skin stays tight and toned instead of saggy this really works it also helps with making you sweat around the waistline or really anywhere you put it and cover it up. The heat that it gives is not too intense but you definitely know that it's doing its thing. As far as timelines goes I've been using it for I want to say a month I love it

So far I'm pleased with the product. It warms your skin shortly after applying. I did sweat a little when using it with the waist trainer.I used a ruler to measure the waistline, it is indeed a little smaller.

During the special I put on weight then I had cellulite on my thigh and belly. I've been using Hot oil before going to bed and I can see how that cellulite is fading away!!! It works with but on long time.

After 2 months using this product, my fat belly decreased 5 inches. It was hot, but not extremely hot (for me), helped burning fat and sweat easier.
