The pillow was a bit flat when I received it, and the customer service told me that it didn't become fluffy so quickly because of the compression, but after I patted it, it became fluffy, I like it very much, I recommend it!
In 6 dagen geleverd. Ziet er netjes uit. Het knoopsgat in het oorgat is te groot waardoor het knoopje niet dicht blijft zitten. Dat knoopsgat ga ik zelf wat verkleinen. Verder lijkt me de stof van de hoes volledig synthetisch maar dat weet ik niet zeker. Ga het kussen vannacht meteen uitproberen.

The overall design does give the support under the neck i was seeking (most pillows squeeze the neck support away to the edges as you move), a little narrower than I was hoping for but a thin pillow underneath resolved that.Good purchase overall and so far it's holding it's shape well.
