Great mask, I took it to warm my eyelids because of meibomian gland dysfunction. It has the good temperature, not too hot, not too cold, just you should apply a pressure to feel the heat well. I push it by putting my head on my hands (as on the picture) and it works, 10 minutes daily really helps relief my dry eyes. Also works good for painful periods by putting it on your belly. Great product
