Been using for a week, no complaints or issues.
Arrived vacuum packed. The fibers inside unraveled back into a regular shape quickly once opened.
The overall design does give the support under the neck i was seeking (most pillows squeeze the neck support away to the edges as you move), a little narrower than I was hoping for but a thin pillow underneath resolved that.
Good purchase overall and so far it’s holding it’s shape well.
